A Saab 340 crashes off Prahuaniyeu, Río Negro, Argentina, while en route to General Enrique Mosconi International Airport, Comodoro Rivadavia due to ice formation on the wings, propellers and under the fuselage, killing all 22 passengers and crew on board.
